We are a community of faith dedicated to meeting the spiritual needs of people within and beyond our walls. While we come from diverse religious traditions, we are united and inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ to live out our faith with Open Doors, Open Minds, and Open Hearts.
Open Doors…
Our doors are open to all. We gather in many contexts to be renewed in spirit, grounded in compassion, and strengthened for the work at hand. We are committed to welcoming and affirming all seekers on our shared spiritual journey regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, age or sexual identity.
Our doors open both ways. We manifest our faith through action in the wider community, speaking to the needs of our time, trusting in God yet knowing that in this world God’s work must truly be our own.
Open Minds…
We honor soul liberty and the sacred journey of personal faith. Within our congregation we create space for honest questioning, thoughtful reflection, and discernment rooted in Scripture.
We listen to others with humility and engage the wider world with curiosity and grace. Our open minds lead us into dialog, learning and partnership across differences.
Open Hearts…
We also seek to be a community where love is practiced deeply, where each person is known, valued, accepted and embraced with Christlike compassion.
We extend that same love to our neighbors in the wider world, recognizing every person as worthy of God’s grace.
